The one where I was a paperback 'illustrator'

While studying abroad in Germany, I had the opportunity to visit The Beatles’ museum in Liverpool, which deeply inspired me to create a tribute book dedicated to the band. The challenge was to translate that inspiration into a meaningful project that would both honour their legacy and reflect their iconic music.

To bring this vision to life, I researched and selected the best articles about the band’s career and matched each one with a hand-drawn illustration of their top 10 songs. After digitizing the artwork, I combined traditional and modern techniques to create a cohesive visual narrative. Since I had been studying bookbinding in Germany, I decided to bind the book myself, ensuring that each copy was a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted tribute to The Beatles.
